Just over a year ago, I never dreamed that I would be blessed enough to enjoy working for the mental wellness of kids with the most talented and kindest people that I have ever been associated with. And when we hit the ground running in early 2023, I never could have imagined the heights we would reach in such a short amount of time.
We have surpassed all expectations.

We Never Could’ve Imagined What Happened Next
Heroes In Waiting LIVE!
Early in 2023 we set out to build a live program that would compliment our anti-bullying and peace-building curriculum, bring a message of unity and hope, and energize and empower kids to make positive change in their schools and communities. Over several months we worked with OKC Thunder and OU Football hype guy Malcolm Tubbs to hone his personal message of triumph into an interactive assembly for the ages.
In just one semester of programming we brought our assemblies to 4th through 12th graders in schools both urban and rural, public, private, and charter.

The world is taking notice. Educators are implementing our programming and telling their friends about it. Kids are experiencing our anti-bullying curriculum and assemblies and walking away changed.
But our children are still in crisis. In a world full of turmoil and social platforms that facilitate and propagate negativity and extreme bullying behavior, the stakes are higher than ever before. We cannot stop doing good. We must continue to work, to dream, and to expand our message wherever and however we can.
